This service offers guidance on how healthy sleep habits contribute to a child's overall development by crafting a personalized plan and guidance tailored to your circumstances. Establishing these habits will not only support your child's growth but also ensure that parents receive the rest they need and deserve. By laying these foundations early in childhood, parents can set themselves up for future success as their children grow. We have many different packages to choose from which are detailed below. HOME VISIT CONSULTATION £295

I can meet with you in person at your home or through a video call. During our session, we’ll talk about any sleep challenges your child is experiencing, your parenting style, and your child's sleep goals. This plan is designed for children aged 4 months to 10 years.

PACKAGE INCLUDES :

You will fill out sleep diary following a 20 minute preliminary consultation. This will then be assessed.
1.5 hour consultation in your home or on Video Call where we will discuss your child’s sleep issue, routine, diet, sleep environment, any recent changes and any other contributing factors.
Alongside this call, you will be sent a bespoke PDF sleep plan that you can download specific to your child and current situation.
Question time call. During this call we will also discuss the sleep plan that will be created to provide guidance and support as how to tackle the current sleep issues you are facing.
4 x 15 minute follow up calls over a period of 4 weeks

BACK ON TRACK PACKAGE

This is for clients that have previously used one of our Moon, Star and Eclipse packages. As I know myself sometimes our usual routines can be affected due to change ie. illnesss, holidays, new sibling, moving house or starting school or have grown out of their current routines. This package will help iron out any new issues that may have arisen and get you back on track.

PACKAGE INCLUDES :

30 Minute video consultation in which we will discuss the new problems that have arisen.

From this you will be provided with a personalised plan to get back on track.

15 minute call to talk through the plan and discuss any questions.

2 x 20 minute follow up calls.

This package is designed to help both first- time parents and parents with children already providing up to date safe sleep guidance, handy tips and tricks, product recommendations and I will let you know honestly what is simply not required and those life-changing items. I will also provide guidance on how to initiate good sleep habits, routines and practices to get you on track from early on. This package will also provide general guidance for newborn care and what to expect of life as a new parent.

PACKAGE INCLUDES :

1.5-hour in-home or video consultation to learn handy tips and tricks on newborn care, safe sleep guidance, guidance on essential items, and more.
